Sea Teach Ltd. Returns Policy
We hope that you are pleased with your purchase from Sea Teach. However, We understand that there are occasions when You need to return goods to Us.
Goods Faulty on Arrival:
If your goods are faulty on arrival, You have 28 days to inform Us of the fault. When the goods are returned to Us and the fault has been verified, We’ll issue a full refund to you via your original payment method.Goods Damaged in Transit:
If your goods were damaged in transit, We request that You report it to Us within 7 days. If goods are visibly damaged on receipt, its best to sign the delivery note accordingly. Once the damaged goods are received back into our warehouse, we’ll issue a full refund to You via your original payment method.Goods Faulty in Warranty Period:
If your goods develop a fault but it’s more than 28 days since receipt, then provided your product is within its warranty period, You are entitled to a warranty repair. In some cases, manufacturers provide telephone help facilities for your convenience which of course, We recommend You utilise in order to correct the fault quickly.If you have changed your mind:
If You have simply changed your mind about your order and You wish to return your goods, then in line with the Distance Selling Directive (DSD) You can do so provided You inform us of this decision within 7 days from receipt. The goods must not be opened nor used and must be ‘as new’ when returned to Us. Once you’ve informed Us of your decision to return goods under DSD, You have 28 days to do so at your own expense. Once goods are received at Sea Teach, We’ll issue a full refund for the cost of the goods to your original payment method. Please note this policy does have some limitations and does not apply to business customers.NEED TO REQUEST A RETURN?

Credit/Debit Card Payments:
Worldpay processes all card payments made by our customers for a fee of 2% which is included in the price paid. Customers paying by credit card or debit card agree to pay this fee to Worldpay. The total price paid remains the same.

You are fully responsible for ensuring that no unauthorised access is obtained to the Service through your Registered Account. You will be entirely liable for all activities conducted and charges incurred through your Registered Account whether authorised by You or not.

Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by English Law and You and We submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Value Added Tax - (VAT)
Throughout the website, prices are shown as VAT inclusive. until such time as You register his/her country to where the goods are to be delivered. On checkout, VAT will be shown separately and applied where appropriate. VAT will be applied according to the country of delivery.
VAT is payable by all customers within the European Community (EU). Exceptions are residents of The Canary Islands. Residents of the Channel Islands, i.e. The States of Jersey and The Bailiwick of Guernsey and Gibraltar will not pay VAT. Residents of the Isle of Man will be charged UK VAT.

delivery charges and delivery schedules
Customers of the United Kingdom, carriage is charged at cost for each order. Where possible, it is our aim to despatch orders within twenty four hours of the order being placed provided goods are held in stock. Delivery schedule to most UK addresses is twenty four - forty eight hours. Exceptions to this schedule are Customers who are Residents in outlying areas such as Highlands and Islands of Scotland, The Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Scilly Isles
Where goods exceed a certain weight or if We are unable to provide an automatic price for carriage, You will be presented with a message advising you of this . Please click on the button "send email requesting delivery charge" and We will reply with your quotation for carriage as soon as possible.
Stock
Second Hand Sails
This stock is limited and can be innacurate. It is advisable to conact Us to confirm stock availability. By it's nature, second hand sails are unique and, therefore, not repeatable. Should a sail not be available, We will contact You to inform you of this. If Your order is inadvertantly processed, payment in full will be refuded immediately.
General Chandlery
If goods are not is stock at the time of Your order, We will contact You to inform You and advise the expected delivery date.Customer Promise
